Every Malach IS product is built on a single, non-negotiable principle: your data belongs to you. Not to us, not to a third-party cloud, not to a platform you do not control.
For most of our products that means one thing in practice: they run natively inside your Microsoft 365 tenant, using the infrastructure you already own, under the security policies you already manage. Nothing to migrate, nothing new to govern, nothing leaving your environment. And our newest category - free agents for Microsoft 365 Copilot - takes the same principle even further: they run inside Copilot and never touch your data at all.
Data sovereignty
This is not a marketing claim. It is an architectural decision that shapes every product we ship. No external databases. No additional cloud accounts. No hidden data flows between your environment and ours. When you deploy a Malach IS product, you deploy it into your tenant, and it stays there.
Security and compliance are not features we add on request. They are the starting point. Every product inherits your organization's existing permissions, sensitivity labels, retention policies, and audit controls from day one. If your tenant is configured for ISO 27001, NIS2, or GDPR compliance, our products operate within those boundaries automatically - because they never step outside them in the first place.
Native Microsoft 365
Most of our products build on SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and the Microsoft Graph API - the same foundational technologies Microsoft uses to build its own Microsoft 365 experiences. This means they integrate naturally with Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, and the rest of the platform. No connectors, no middleware, no synchronization jobs keeping two systems in agreement. One platform, one source of truth, one place to secure.
AI Readiness
And because our products sit inside your Microsoft 365 environment, they are ready for Copilot from day one. Your data is already in the right place, structured the right way, with the right access controls - which is exactly what Microsoft 365 Copilot needs to function safely and effectively. One more thing worth saying plainly: for our SPFx products we license per tenant, not per user. Whether your team has ten people or a thousand, the price is the same. You scale your organization, we do not penalize you for it. And where a product can be offered free - like our agents for Microsoft 365 Copilot - it is.

All Malach IS products run natively inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. Your data never leaves your environment - and our pricing reflects that — a simple, flat per-tenant model for our SPFx products, and free for agents that run in Copilot. No per-user fees. No transaction limits. No surprises as your team grows.
Three delivery models, three licensing approaches:
SaaS (Handoff 365, …) - We host and operate the service. You subscribe monthly or annually. Cancel any time.
Microsoft 365 Apps — Monthly or Annual (PhoneList 365, Probiqa, …) - The solution runs in your tenant. We provide the licence key and support. Monthly gives you flexibility to start and stop. Annual saves you the equivalent of two months.
Free agents (Normiqa Navigator) - Published on Microsoft Marketplace and running inside Microsoft 365 Copilot at no cost. No licence, no installation into your tenant. Grounded only in public sources, so it touches none of your data - which is exactly what lets us offer it free.
One price, one tenant, unlimited users. Every product is licensed per tenant — not per user, not per seat, not per transaction. Whether your team has 10 people or 500, the price is the same.
