Where We Come From
Malach IS was not built in a boardroom. It was built in the field.
Petr Malášek has been working with Microsoft technologies since 2007, when he first specialized in SharePoint. Two decades of hands-on experience — from managing on-premise environments through the transition to the cloud to today's world of Microsoft 365, security, and compliance — have given him a perspective that no certification course can compress.
In 2015, a pivotal moment arrived: going independent and launching his own practice. From that point forward, the work was direct client engagement — implementing SharePoint environments, building digital workplaces, and helping organizations understand what the cloud actually means for them. Not presentations about the future, but concrete solutions for real organizations.
Projects and partnerships grew over the years. A long-standing relationship with GOPAS as a training provider brought regular contact with a wide community of IT professionals and organizations across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Every course delivered, every implementation completed, every client project added a layer of practical knowledge that no certification study can replicate.
In 2025, the next logical step followed: transitioning from a sole-trader practice to Malach IS s.r.o. Not because everything changed — but because the platform needed to match the ambition. A company building SaaS products, pursuing ISO 27001 certification, and targeting the European market needs a solid foundation.
Who We Are Today
Malach IS is a small team. By design.
We do not believe in large agencies with dozens of consultants where your project is handled by a junior with a slide deck. We believe in direct access to senior specialists who understand the domain deeply and take ownership of results. Every project at Malach IS is led by someone who knows what they are doing.
We are a certified Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) with deep specialization in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and information security. In recent years we have significantly expanded our expertise in compliance — ISO 27001, NIS2, and GDPR — with a direct connection to the Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Purview ecosystem.
How We Work
We work remotely and on-site — primarily online. Our clients are based in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and across Europe. Modern collaboration does not require a fixed address. It requires trust and communication. We build both from the first conversation.
We do not sell off-the-shelf solutions. We ask what you actually need, and we design an approach that makes sense for your organization — in terms of scale, process, and culture.
Why This Work Matters to Us
In 2025, we decided to implement ISO 27001 ourselves and simultaneously begin building SaaS products for the compliance market. Not because we had to — but because we believed that Microsoft 365 makes it possible to implement an ISMS in a way that is practical, scalable, and financially accessible for organizations that do not want to spend tens of thousands of euros annually on dedicated GRC platforms.
